The place was very dirty and old. For me, it was a terrible experience.

We left after just two nights because there was no water from 8 PM until 8 AM the following day. I know water shortages affect the whole country, but this hotel didn’t have the storage tanks other places use to keep water available when Crete’s system isn’t working. They also refused to refund the five nights we didn’t stay. Instead, the owner absurdly offered us a free stay next year. The room felt like it hadn’t been renovated since at least the 1980s. The bed was uncomfortable, the furniture old, and the shower had no curtain or hook for the handset. Some sheets were dirty and unironed, and there was dust and paper under the bed. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

The view is beautiful, more beautiful, fantastic!!!! The host is very kind and accommodating. Fresh towels and made beds every three days, and they took the rubbish away daily. It’s cheap, but the bathroom is cramped and not very hygienic, and the kitchen is spartan. One bedroom is a walk-through room, so anyone needing the toilet at night is in for trouble. When it’s windy, you can hear it whistling through the apartment, and it’d be nice if the doors stayed shut without being locked. The balcony’s so-called sliding door is a squeaky monstrosity secured with a padlock. It was broken before it was even installed.
