Koukis Villa With Sea View

The location was fantastic for a quiet, peaceful break. Beautiful beaches and restaurants were no more than a 10-minute drive away. The house was beautifully finished, with a cozy but exclusive interior that made us feel wonderful. The large pool is also beautifully situated. Everything guests might need was provided, from two coffee machines, a toaster, washing machine, and blender to coffee, sugar, spices, ice for drinks, towels, laundry detergent, and lovely dinnerware. We also received a welcome basket with fruit and wine, which was such a nice touch. Everything you need for a dream vacation is here.

The only hard part was having to leave at the end 😂💔 Thanks so much, George, for a wonderful stay 🤩🥰🧿🌊 The villa's location is ideal, close to Falarsarna and Balos, and also near Elafonissi. There are good taverns around, as well as shops for picking up groceries for a barbecue 🍗🍅🥒 The villa itself is brand new, tastefully furnished and decorated, and the rooms are spacious. The furniture and equipment, including the bedding and linens, are all functional and high quality. The pool is beautiful, the view is stunning, and there are plenty of spots around the villa to relax with the cicadas in the background 🤩 We were lucky to find a bottle of white wine and some excellent fruit waiting for us when we arrived 😋 Even arriving at the property is breathtaking: a magnificent villa and pool among the owner's olive trees, with beautiful, well-kept flowerbeds 🤩🌸 George grew up here and still cultivates the olive trees. He's a very busy man, but incredibly welcoming, friendly, and full of advice. You can tell right away how dedicated he is and how much he loves this place ☺️ His excellent advice also led us to a traditional village festival during our stay, which was an unforgettable experience 🤩💃🎻🪕🥁

Peaceful and quiet, with beautiful views of the sea. The villa is in a great location and everything inside is carefully finished and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, with coffee, tea, spices, and more. There was also a bottle of wine and a basket of fruit on the table. I highly recommend it.
