The food was one of the best parts: dinner came as a tasting menu each night, and breakfast and poolside meals were great too. The dining area by the water was beautiful, and the outdoor cinema was a fun touch. The hotel was quiet and intimate, with clean spaces everywhere, including the pool and restaurant. Our room was pretty, very clean, with a big TV and a really comfortable bed. The sunbeds were unbelievably comfy, and the pool was large and lovely. The gym was well equipped, and there was live music every night during dinner, with violins and singers. The team were all kind and polite, especially the waitresses. We had a few small things that could be better, though. There was no full-length mirror in the bedroom, and the light under the door bothered me at night. Our room was above the restaurant, so sometimes we noticed an unpleasant smell and could hear music late at night or early in the morning. I’m a light sleeper, so others may not mind. The cinema schedule wasn’t posted, which was a shame. On some dinner services, bread didn’t arrive and things felt less organized, and some mains, like the seafood patsas, were a little small. The €20 per night green tax was the one thing that really disappointed me. Still, we had an incredible stay and would happily come back.

Dinner was a highlight for us, with a tasting menu and distinctive flavors that changed each evening. Breakfast was a generous buffet with plenty to choose from, and the hotel prices were very reasonable. We stayed in a double room overlooking the pool with the HB meal plan. The room was always spotless, well cared for, and had everything we needed. The staff were real professionals, and the whole place felt warm and welcoming. It’s an ideal hotel if you want to relax, and we’ll definitely return.

The service and meals really stood out. Dinner felt like a Michelin-star experience, with a five-course tasting menu each night, and the team made delicious gluten-free dishes especially for me. Breakfast and lunch were lovely too. Every request was handled kindly, and the staff were friendly and polite throughout. We stayed in the third week of October and were lucky to have beautiful weather, usually 24-28°C. The area around the hotel is fairly run down, but once you arrive, it feels like another world. The new hotel is stunning. Our room was a good size, and although the mattress was firmer than we like, it was still comfortable enough. The pool was a bit cool, and it would be nice if it were heated, as not many people seemed to use it. The loungers were wonderfully comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. A spa on site would make the hotel even better. They can arrange a spa visit in town, which was lovely, but it didn’t feel as relaxing as having one at the hotel. For a sunny, romantic break, it’s a great spot. We’d come back, and would also suggest exploring Rhodes Old Town and the beaches.

The welcome and service were amazing from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, luxurious, and spotless, with everything we needed. They even treated us to champagne, which made us feel so pampered. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious, generous, and offered plenty of variety. I’d absolutely recommend the Cabo Hotel and would go back again 🩷
