Haven Beach Boutique Hotel

After we lost our suitcases, this place was exactly the calm break we needed on our Rhodes trip. The private pool was a dream, quiet and peaceful, and the whole place felt like a little sanctuary. Right on the beach, but far enough from the busy areas that we couldn’t hear them. The location was perfect. The staff were the best part. They reminded us of a bunch of grandmas, in the nicest way: warm, welcoming and always up for a chat. They served lovely breakfasts, too. The beds were very comfortable, and best of all, there were no mosquitos. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

Don’t book this, it’s a scam. If you book a non-refundable stay, they’ll send you to azure heaven, two kilometers away in the mountains. It isn’t a hotel and has no reception, just key boxes. There were no toiletries, the sheets were dirty, the Wi-Fi was poor, and cleaning only happened once in five days. Don’t get scammed.

We spent our days at Haven enjoying the sunny pool, with easy access to the beach and boats for exploring the area. The rooms were roomy, clean and decorated in a festive style. In the evenings, live music gave the place a fun atmosphere, and the breakfast buffet was a tasty start before heading out to everything Haven had to offer. It was an ultimate summer escape.

The owners and managers were so kind, generous, helpful and resourceful that they felt like friends from the first day. The place is clean and beautiful, right across the street from the beach in a lively area with easy access to activities. Our room was spacious, fully air-conditioned, and had new, clean furniture. Breakfast was delicious. A short walk along the beach took us to the port for our cruises, and a few minutes down the road got us to our bus tours. It was a really satisfying stay, in what I believe is the best place in the area.
