You can get to shops, restaurants and taxis in just a few steps from this apartment. It’s right by the Faliraki strip, so it suits younger groups looking for bars and clubs, but it stays away from the noise at night. There’s plenty of room and it was clean, with the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, a washing machine and a microwave. The hosts were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I’d definitely recommend it.

Evi and her family were so welcoming and did everything they could to make sure we had what we needed. Our Garden apartment was spotless, modern and homely, with a jacuzzi that we loved even in the middle of summer. We were five adults, and the youngest slept on the sleeper couch and said it was the most comfortable bed he’d ever had. The other beds were comfortable too. The beach is a stone’s throw away, and you can walk to some great restaurants. The apartment is close to the party strip for the teenagers and young adults, but far enough away to stay peaceful. The taxi rank is two minutes away, with clearly posted fixed fares to places like Rhodes and Lindos, both worth visiting. Tsambika Beach is a must as well. There are lots of water sports at the beach, and hiring a car was easy and affordable, 90 Euro for two days, with a parking space right outside. The Greek locals were so friendly and seemed pleased we’d chosen to visit. We had a fantastic holiday and were very sorry to leave. We’ll be back!

We spent five weeks here with our family in June and July 2021. The house was clean and well maintained, with good furniture and the equipment we needed. It has a lovely sea view, a separate entrance and its own parking space. The sea is very close, about 100 meters away, with restaurants and shops nearby. The sandy beach has shallow water, which worked well for the children. Faliraki is around 25 minutes by bus from the old town of Rhodes, where there are plenty of historic sites. Evi and her family, including her mother and father, were warm and hospitable throughout our stay and ready to help. Evi also put together a list of local attractions, sights and nearby beaches, some of which we visited by car. I strongly recommend the place and the hosts.

We were in Faliraki at the end of July and really enjoyed our holiday. The apartment was cozy, clean and comfortable, with modern furnishings, a big terrace and a lovely sea view. The owners were very friendly. The location worked well, with the beach, shops and restaurants close by. The bus and taxi stop was nearby too.
