No luxury, but it’s cozy and cheap. A good fit for kiteboarders and people looking for adventure. There’s a little kitchen with a sink and basic appliances, plus a grill and a garden full of fresh vegetables. And the host, Filimonas, is amazing!

We really enjoyed staying at Litsa Studios. The hosts were super helpful and friendly, and it’s very close to Meltemi kite center, where we spent most of our time.

The bed was really comfortable, and the simple room had what I needed. The kitchen was well equipped, too, and it was lovely to eat on the balcony and watch the sunset. The family running the place are so welcoming and attentive. They make you feel at home right away and try to meet individual requests. It’s a two minute walk to the sea and beach, and no more than five minutes to the kite spot. Great for a kite holiday, and you don’t need a car unless you want to go shopping. They also offer a simple, hearty breakfast on the terrace, a lovely way to start the day. Along with coffee, tea, juice, bread, jam, cheese, and sausage, there are usually garden vegetables, fresh eggs, and a piece of baked cake or some fruit. I felt very comfortable and will definitely come back!
