Sunny Sani Luxury Villas

The pool was clean, with someone coming to clean it every day. We paid 1500 euro for five nights, so with six people it came to 50 euro for one night, which is a really good price. Sunny Sani Villas is close to Sani Beach, and we drove there. Anemos Beach club is there, the best beach club on Chalkidiki. When we arrived, the first villa they gave us wasn't clean, and the towels were wet from washing. We complained and they gave us another villa, which was perfectly clean. The first villa was next to the road and really noisy. The villa looks really good when booking, but with three adult couples you expect three proper bedrooms. One bedroom connects to the living room, so it doesn't feel very private or ideal.

Really lovely stay. The staff were kind and helpful, and both the garden and pool were great. Inside, everything felt modern and well equipped, with a washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer and plenty more. The rooms were very clean and the atmosphere was pleasant.

The place is mostly private and cheap, but it's out in the middle of a field, so don't expect views. They often paint over the mold on the walls, and it flakes off. It gave the family sneezing fits. The pool is dirty and lots of things are broken. The TV is smallish, has a vertical line through it, and its smart features don't work. No YouTube or phone connecting. Climate control is only upstairs, and the heat doesn't reach downstairs at all. The outside lights can't be switched off or blocked from the master bedroom.

The manager was very helpful, and the pool was really clean. These villas are a great place to relax in Chalkidiki, very close to Sani, and the house is luxurious. I'd urge anyone to book a holiday here.
