There's plenty of parking at this very good hotel on the main road. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the bathroom is good. The pool and bar are great, and the hotel is 300 meters from Finikounda center. Wifi works well throughout the hotel.

Viva Mare was so clean, with a beautiful pool, poolside amenities, and drinks. The owners and workers were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast spread each morning was incredible. Best of all, parking was easy, right off the main road. At some other hotels, you have to drive through incredibly tight alleyways to reach parking, after going along a laneway full of people on the party strip. That's not for the faint of heart. I can't imagine anyone finding Viva Mare lacking in any way.

We came with a toddler, and there was room to play around, so I'd recommend it for families. The rooms are wonderful and spacious, with nice outdoor spaces and a deep pool. The beach, restaurants, and bars are only a few minutes' walk away. Staff were very friendly. It's also well placed for exploring the area's main landmarks. Highly recommended.

The location is fantastic, with everything a five-minute walk away, and breakfast was great. The architectural style is lovely, the pool area is very nice, and the place is super clean. Great water pressure, A/C, and WiFi, plus wonderful staff. Only good things to say...

A heavenly pool and lovely property, with great hosts. It was a wonderful place to decompress, while still being close to the historical sites at Pylos, Methoni, and Koroni. One of our favorite stays during a three-week trip to Greece.
