The space was big, peaceful and beautiful, and I was really struck by the hospitality after a month of traveling around Europe. The receptionists were attentive and knew their stuff. I was only there briefly, so I didn't try breakfast, but they suggested places to eat and explained the different parts of Fira and Santorini. The staff were polite, understanding and easy to talk to, and ready to answer any question. They even gave me a bus timetable. If it's your first time in Santorini, don't miss Coasta Marina Villas.

The staff are what made this such a great stay. Yanis was there every morning, kind and helpful with whatever we needed, including advice and guidance. In the afternoons, Maria made a point of introducing herself, and we had a lovely chat each day. It felt like being with family. The room was cleaned daily, towels were changed every day and sheets every two days. The bathroom and shower had a funky, really cool setup. We had an awesome stay and would come back, and tell our friends to stay here. Thanks, guys!

I booked this as pay later, but the hotel charged my card too much and then changed the amount due on arrival to double. Avoid booking here. There are better places where they won't try to overcharge you.

Our room had a table and chairs outside, so after picking up yoghurt bowls nearby, we had a lovely breakfast in the shade and quiet. The hotel is only minutes from busy Fira, yet it was peaceful. The rooms are spacious and clean, with free bottled water and amenities. The staff were warm and friendly, walked us through day trip options on a map, held our bags while we explored town before leaving, and even let us use the showers after checkout before our flight. I can't praise the service enough. A little slice of peace in a busy place.

Costas was really kind and friendly. The room was lovely and clean, and the location was great, about a five minute walk to the heart of Fira.
