Villa Andromahi

The property manager was lovely, and the place itself was lovely to stay in. But if you're after a relaxing holiday, I'd suggest going elsewhere. The host had the cleaner report when the house was being used, which left us feeling watched and micromanaged. It got to the point where we left and went to the beach to avoid it. I've visited Greece over 10 times, and this was my least favourite stay. There are plenty of other lovely places in the area.

The only downside was having to leave! We stayed in early June 2025, six adults and one child, and the villa's layout worked very well for us. It was in excellent condition, with a fully equipped kitchen and all the utensils we actually needed to cook. The pool area had comfortable outdoor seating and dining spaces, with plenty of shade. It was the quietest villa we've stayed in, almost totally silent locally, with a stunning sea view. Ena cleaned daily, speaks excellent English and couldn't have been more helpful. The concierge team, including Clio, at Luxury Retreats Kefalonia manage the villa and are ready to help with any query or booking. It's about a three-minute drive from Fiskardo, up in the hills.

Theo's place was a gorgeous villa, but an extremely rude cleaner let it down. She took it upon herself to inflate issues with us as guests, creating unnecessary tension and ruining our stay and holiday. Theo, I'd recommend sacking your cleaner.

There was lots of room for everyone, and the outdoor area was amazing, with views to die for. It's the best equipped villa I've ever stayed in. What a wonderful place!
