I’ve known this hotel has been around for more than 40 years, so I was surprised it was still here, and pleasantly surprised by the stay. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices, the parking area is large, and the city center is within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious, with a balcony looking out over Florina, and check-in went smoothly. The bar staff were friendly too. My only real issue was the shower, which could be roomier and didn’t need a plastic curtain. Also, every room door closes with a lot of noise. Otherwise, everything was perfect, and the price-to-value ratio was perfect as well.

The hotel is in poor condition, and the night receptionist and one waitress were extremely rude. We had to go down to reception whenever we needed anything because the phone didn’t work. The bathroom was in bad shape too, with wires hanging beside the water. There are plenty of nearby hotels, so choose another one. This place was a disappointment.

The balcony has a very pretty view, and breakfast was really good. The rooms were good too. The night worker was friendly and helped us a lot. I’ll come back.

The view over the city, with the mountain in front, is amazing. The hotel is cozy and well placed, not too far from the center of Florina, and ideal for a winter vacation. The staff were really friendly, always smiling and ready to help. Rooms are functional, with big, comfortable beds. The bathrooms might be worth changing, but they didn’t make the stay unpleasant. Breakfast was great for a 3-star hotel.

The room was big and clean, and breakfast was good. Only the bathrooms felt a little small. A very good hotel in Florina, northern Greece.
