Margarita's Rooms

I’ve stayed in a lot of rooms, and this is one of the best. It’s in a great, quiet location, and whenever we needed anything, the manager Irene Karystinaiou had it available within half an hour. Highly recommend.

Quiet, very clean, and in the best location on the island, with everything close by. The room was wonderful and traditional. Definitely the best choice.

I’m writing because I think the other reviews do this room a disservice. It’s quiet, excellent, and offers great value for money. The room itself had no smell and was very clean. During our stay in June 2021, we had no issue with discolored water. The guest should understand that the water network isn’t controlled by the landlady, even in a Cycladic island’s country._castle. The networks are outdated, the water usually comes from desalination, and there can be an issue. The stairs are part of a house inside a castle, an archaeological site, so they can’t have railings or anything else. That’s simply how they were built in the past. We avoided the stairs by renting the ground floor. Ms. Irene was an amazing hostess who told us what to see on the island during our four days there. I’d definitely return.

A very clean room right in the middle of town, but still quiet. A really nice choice, and you can get everywhere on foot!
