Angeliki Studio and Apartment

The apartments are comfortable and sit in the center of the island, a nice base for a relaxing holiday. The bed had a very comfortable mattress, and the bathroom and WC were spacious. Spyros and Ada offered advice before we even arrived on the island. The place looked just as it did in the photos, so what you see is what you get.

Mr. Spyros was so kind and helpful with everything we needed. His lovely attitude made our two days in the studio really nice. The room was spacious and very clean. Thank you so much for everything! Christos and Giota from Patras!

Spyros was a great host. He recommended good restaurants, helped us with anything we needed on the island, and even found a tire repairman when we got a flat. Many thanks, and all the best, Spyros. We highly recommend staying here and hope to see you again. We had a huge studio with our own living room, a spotless, very large bathroom, and a really comfortable bed. The room was cool, which was ideal in the heat. WiFi, a coffee maker, and a kitchenette added to the comfort. The accommodation is on the island’s main road, a few minutes from the center by car, and has convenient private parking.

I was looking for a place for my wife, our little child, and me. On 11/8, a booking platform showed a room at this business available from 13 to 18/8. I called the owner and asked to reserve it from 13 to 17. Mr. S. said the room had opened up because of a cancellation. He told me to book the ferry tickets first and then send a deposit, so we did. The booking and payment were handled outside the platform. Around noon the next day, I saw five missed calls and messages saying there was a problem with the room. When I spoke with Mr. S., he said he had given it to another customer days before. That didn’t match what he’d told me on our first call. He said he’d refund my deposit and connect me with another business that might find us a room. The woman whose number he gave me said she didn’t have a room, only a stage! I didn’t pursue it any further. His wife was furious and, apparently without thinking, asked him for compensation that wouldn’t even cover half the tickets. He agreed to pay that amount. He ruined a holiday for me and my family. We had the stress of cancelling at the last minute and searching again, and I couldn’t find anything in the end. The whole thing felt like a joke, all for a better offer. How low, honestly. What can I say?
