We found the location just right, away from the busy, noisy spots but still near Gaios. We spent five nights in the Prasini house at Liakada Luxury Cottages. The cottage and yard were clean, and the pool looked pretty and was clean too. A little note for guests: the white cat seems to guard the place, so consider getting it some food, and remember the chicken as well :)
For two people hoping to explore spectacular Paxos, this was a perfect base. We felt really comfortable here, and the accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. Gaios is very close when you're travelling by car.
The cottages are beautiful, and the swimming pool is amazing. There are stray cats around to keep you company. Bring basics like salt, pepper and oil for the kitchen. There's also a parasol you can take to the beach. Would recommend!

We stayed in the Lili Villa, with birdsong and woodland all around and a centuries-old olive tree right outside. It was a lovely place to wake up. The house felt cozy and had thoughtful extras, including shower gel, shampoo, moisturizer, beach mats and towels, so we didn't need to bring all our bathroom things. The shared pool space was inviting, with big sofas and a large table, and was great for relaxing afternoons or quiet evenings. The host clearly cares about making a stay in Paxos comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommended.
