Tritonia

We rented this villa for three weeks in August 2021, expecting the two bedrooms described in the owner's Booking.com listing. I had told her in advance that two friends would be joining me. When we arrived, it turned out there was only one bedroom. The other sleeping area was an extension of the living room, screened off with fabric, and anyone using it had to pass by the kitchen, second bathroom, and veranda exit. The listing also didn't mention how much of the house was occupied by the owner's personal belongings. There wasn't a single free kitchen cabinet, not even enough space for a packet of spaghetti. We were also supposed to have garage parking, but only after we arrived did the owner tell me the garage door was broken. She asked to come into the house every day to water the garden, and would text us to turn off the lights. I didn't feel we had privacy, and found her unreliable. Photos of what the house looked like will follow, and you can compare them with the listing photos she uses to rent it out. I hope this helps other travellers.
