We just got back from a lovely stay at Villa Avgerini. Eva was such a lovely host and kept the property spotless. The location is beautiful, across from a little beach and only a short walk from Gaios town. She was also really helpful with suggestions for restaurants, boat hire, and things to see and do around the island. We had a wonderful week, and we're grateful to Eva for it ❤️

I've been to Paxos many times, but this was my first stay at Villa Avgerini. We enjoyed it so much that we've already booked to come back next year. Eva was welcoming and knew the area well. The apartment was spacious and immaculate, with lovely views and a great pool. The rooms were serviced daily, and the bedding and towels were changed regularly. Central Gaios is an easy 10-minute walk away. The friendly cats and kittens were a bonus. A pretty much perfect spot for a relaxing break on this idyllic island!

Getting into town is easy, about 10 minutes on flat ground, with plenty of bars and restaurants there. The villa itself was very comfortable and spotless, with a lovely new, clean pool, beautiful gardens, and outstanding views. Eva was friendly and gave us some great advice. We had an amazing stay.

The sea views from Villa Avgerini are outstanding, and its quiet setting is still only a 12-minute walk from Gaios. We stayed for a week starting September 5th, 2025, and found the villa and grounds spotless. The house was well equipped and serviced daily. The shared infinity pool was never too crowded, with sunbeds and generous shade from the big umbrellas. Eva lives on-site and was always available. She knows the island inside out and was happy to help with anything. She arranged a taxi from the port, and we used that same taxi for trips around the island. There are two lovely coves and a small beach within a 3-5 minute walk, plus a nice fish restaurant just a few minutes away. The other restaurants we tried are in Gaios; we didn't need to book, and the food was good at all of them. We took a water taxi to Antipaxos, which cost 25E per person for the return trip. We also went by taxi to Mongonissi Beach, a short ride away, where there's a sandy beach and a lovely restaurant and bar. In Loggos, we found a pebble beach with sunbeds and umbrellas, along with a very nice taverna. For location, cleanliness, and Eva as a host, Villa Avgerini is one of the best villas we've stayed in.
