Pension Hirolakas

We had a great time here and will definitely come back. The hotel is cozy, spacious, clean, and very well cared for. The owner is a charming woman who makes generous, delicious breakfasts. I’d gladly recommend staying here, as well as visiting this beautiful town.

We stayed in the family studio, which can sleep at least four, and it worked beautifully for either a family with kids or a romantic break. I loved the little touches, from the light wood and tiles to the bed covers and embroidered towels. The kitchen was fully equipped, with coffee and a coffee maker, and even toothbrushes and toothpaste were provided. That sort of extra is hard to find, even in luxury hotels. The place feels both elegant and comfortable, with a lovely balance of traditional and modern style. It’s in the best spot in town, central but quiet, and the view is gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious, and we could eat in the breakfast room or on our veranda overlooking the bay. Fantastic hotel and lovely people. Thank you!

We came for a long winter weekend and would definitely return. The owner was so welcoming and friendly, and the rooms were clean, modern, and superb. From the hotel, it’s easy to get to the center and the boardwalk restaurants, and the view is incredible. Breakfast each morning was amazing too, with lots of local and handmade foods.

Our room had its own terrace and plenty of room for four, and it was both comfortable and beautiful. The ocean view was amazing. A really nice place, with welcoming, friendly staff and a great breakfast. Thank you for everything.
