The villa is just a two-minute walk from the beach. Gennadi Sea Maridina Villa is in the Rhodes region and has a terrace with sea views, as well as a garden. The holiday home is air-conditioned, with a seating area and two bathrooms stocked with free toiletries and a hairdryer. There's a kitchen with a dishwasher and oven, and guests can relax in the shared lounge. Faliraki and Kallithea Rhodes are each 45 km away. Rhodes International Airport is 47 km from the villa.

Yiannis and his wife were wonderful hosts. They even left us food and drinks because we arrived late in the evening, and we felt incredibly welcome. We'd recommend the place to anyone. We spent three weeks there in June 2019 with our little daughter and both grandparents, and it suited everyone. The house had everything we could have wanted, with a short walk to a beautiful beach. There were swings in the garden for our daughter and outdoor showers to cool off. The two terraces worked nicely, one for breakfast and one for the afternoon with a view. We also went kitesurfing nearby at Prassonisi.
