We absolutely loved it, from the reception right through to the bar, and we’ll definitely be back. Yassef and Elena in the restaurant, plus Giannis, Daniella and Nikos at the pool bar, are just a few examples of what lovely people they have there. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE.

The garden feels like a little paradise, with grape and pomegranate trees, flowers and herbs growing there, surrounded by the sea, mountains and beautiful nature. The whole place has a warm, welcoming feel, and the food is delicious with excellent service. It was our family’s second stay at Hydramis Palace Hotel, and we came back because everything is so lovely. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. In just a few days they feel like friends and part of your holiday, and you really do feel at home. If you return, there may even be a nice surprise waiting. I wholeheartedly recommend this unique, unforgettable place.

The food is amazingly delicious, and the hotel’s in a good spot. When you book a trip, the earliest departures are around 8-9 instead of having to get up at 4 - 5 in the morning. That means you can sleep properly, have a good breakfast and some coffee, enjoy the day and your adventure, then come back for supper. I love it.

The staff are what made it feel so special. Everyone we met was genuinely kind, attentive and friendly, and it felt more like spending time with friends than hotel staff. We felt noticed and cared for throughout. Ardit deserves a special thank you. He was a charming, kind waiter with a great sense of humor and an eye for detail. His care and positive attitude made meals and other moments better, and he really won us over. There was plenty of parking, and the reception team were cheerful and ready to help with anything. During downtime we liked hanging out in the lobby, playing games or a round of billiards. It all added to the easygoing, friendly feel. All-inclusive was great, with fresh, delicious food and lots of variety every day. The pool bar had tasty snacks and refreshing drinks, and we looked forward to evening cocktails in the lobby bar. We left happy, recharged and grateful, and would come back in a heartbeat. It’s an easy recommendation. Someone could probably find little imperfections if they went looking, but they didn’t matter to us. We hope future guests have a stay as magical and heartwarming as ours. 🌺 From the moment we arrived, the hospitality at this hotel felt warm and genuine. Everything was wonderful, and we enjoyed our stay so much.
