The guest relations team made planning things easy and arranged our excursions, including a visit to Knossos Palace and a day trip to Santorini. We also loved having a private beach where we could order drinks straight to our loungers, plus a spa and both indoor and outdoor gyms. My partner and I spent a week here, and the service was some of the best I’ve experienced. The buffet and on-site à la carte restaurant were both excellent, and the staff kept the service top-notch throughout. We weren’t on an all-inclusive package, so we could enjoy both dining options. A special mention for Sparticus on the night front desk. When our chargers stopped working, he went above and beyond and drove my partner to a local shop. Every staff member we met was wonderful. A real treat from start to finish, and I’d recommend the hotel without hesitation.

We arrived very late, and the hotel had put food in our room since we’d missed dinner. Such a thoughtful welcome. The staff were hardworking and always willing to go the extra mile, from sorting car rental to arranging a late checkout. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily, and the pool area was peaceful and tidy. I’d read comments about there not being space for clothes, but the shelves and drawers were enough for us. I also had an amazing massage, exactly what I needed. I have a sensitive stomach and dietary needs, so I was glad to enjoy the Greek food without any problems. The little kittens and cats around the hotel were adorable and became a breakfast highlight. We also loved having the hotel’s own beach. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like, and would love to come back. Thanks again ❤️

We had a perfect stay, including a lovely birthday celebration, and we’ll definitely return. The hotel is especially suited to peaceful relaxation, though I would have liked activities such as yoga. The staff were incredibly kind, and breakfast was excellent, with both European and local flavors. I loved the spa, indoor pool, and outdoor gym. It’s a beautiful, quiet place with direct access to the beach. Sea shoes are a good idea. Chania is about 40 minutes away.

La Mer Resort & Spa Team, I’m so grateful for an unforgettable stay ❤️ The hotel and grounds are beautiful, full of flowers, and the views are amazing. Everything has a natural, aesthetic feel. The food was delicious, and the sunbeds were very comfortable. I’d recommend water shoes for swimming.
