The rooftop jacuzzi, sauna, and gym are great extras, and the pool and garden have lovely mountain views. We enjoyed slow meals on the first-floor terrace, while the carefully planned lighting made the pool area feel romantic in the evening. There’s even a hammock. Villa Rouga is finished to a high standard, with tasteful interior details. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, and left a thoughtful basket of local treats, essentials, and nice local toiletries. The first-floor kitchen and dining area has all the modern equipment we needed, and there’s another kitchen downstairs that makes barbecuing by the pool easier. A small, friendly village shop nearby stocked most essentials.

We had a lovely week in this house. The pool, jacuzzi, barbecue, roomy terrace, and comfortable beds made it a great place to stay. The owner was very kind, and there’s a little shop about a five-minute walk away for things like ice cream. There’s a nice hiking path nearby, and the sea is around a 15-minute drive away.

A wonderful villa in a fantastic location. It was very clean, and the heated pool was lovely to swim in at any time. Highly recommend it.
