Le Grand Reve Apartments & Luxury Suites

The hosts are really friendly, and it's an awesome place. There's a nice pool with lights at night and a shallower section for kids. I can totally recommend it.

We had everything we needed for a relaxing break at Le Grand Rêve, a peaceful, quiet place in Gerakini. The sea view and pool are stunning, and the food was delicious, with every dish we ordered and the coffee especially good. The host and his lovely family were the kindest people we met in Greece, always smiling, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended if you want to unwind and recharge.

We planned to stay at this hotel in June, after my husband booked it through a booking site four or five months ahead. The day before we were due to arrive, the hotel called to say there was a plumbing problem and we had to cancel. We had already driven for seven or eight hours the day before to reach the area near the hotel, so the late notice was difficult. We asked what alternatives they could offer, and were told we could stay at another hotel without a swimming pool for the same price. That didn't seem like an acceptable option. If a hotel can't provide the room a customer booked six months earlier, management should offer better alternatives. We didn't like how they handled it and felt they failed to provide a professional solution.

The apartment had all the basics, the service was top notch, and both the clean pool and beach were beautiful. We booked five nights in June and ended up adding another night. A gem in Halkidiki. Thanks Lefteris and Kelly for an unforgettable holiday 🙂
