The views are amazing, and the rooms, though small, are very clean. Amenities cover the basic needs, and the beach is decent and clean. There are two or three other beaches nearby if you want alternatives. It’s a peaceful spot away from crowds, with three restaurants nearby, mostly serving seafood. The city is 15 minutes away, though the closest market is there too, 15 km away. We did hear some noisy neighbors after 23:00. It’s great for families with children, but not for couples looking for quiet time. I’d recommend it.

The location is lovely, and the area feels peaceful and refreshing. The private beach across the road is stunning, with clear skies and pristine water, though watch for little jellyfish. The place itself was average, and our first impression wasn’t great. The location gets 5 stars from me, but the room gets 2, so I landed at 3 overall.

The beach experience was rough for us. The so-called “private” beach is right beside the road, and passing motorcycles are extremely loud. It made the beach uncomfortable and really upset our child. The room was tiny, with a bathroom bigger than the room, and the bed was uncomfortable. There was no space for our baby. I was bitten by bugs in the room, and the cats begging for food were annoying. Roosters crowed mornings and during the day, while dogs barked at all hours. It felt like staying on a farm. The owner drove like a road-raging maniac. One morning he almost ran us off the road, apparently not realizing we were his customers, and I saw him nearly cause two accidents. He wasn’t nice, though the cleaning lady was very kind and did more for us than anyone else. Nobody explained how to get through the gate or use anything, and there were no instructions in English. The wifi and TV were good. The price was good, and perhaps by Greek standards this is a good place, but it wasn’t good for us.

I really enjoy coming here. The prices are very friendly, there’s a beach directly across from the place, and tavernas are close by. Edipsos’s famous spa is just 10 minutes away, and wonderful Kavos beach is 15 minutes away.
