BillyMare central Glyfada apartment

Be very careful dealing with them. This was a terrible experience. We booked through booking.com under a nonrefundable no-show or cancellation policy, showed up, and were talking with them inside the building. They still canceled us as a no-show and kept the money. We couldn’t get into the apartment because my elderly father can’t manage stairs for health reasons. We contacted the manager, who promised a refund, so we paid extra for a last-minute place elsewhere, expecting our money back. Two days later, she said they couldn’t refund us and brought in an unknown “accountant.” She’d also canceled our booking as a no-show without asking, even though we had already paid. So they had our money, we couldn’t use the apartment, and it was back on the market, with the false claim that we hadn’t shown up. We could have used it with another adult able to manage the stairs if we’d known there would be no refund. We contacted booking, and they said they’d ask the manager why she had canceled without checking with us and marked us as a no-show while we were there. Then a second unknown person, the “owner,” was introduced, and the manager said she was waiting for confirmation. Nearly ten days later, we were still going back and forth with no action. I’ll attach the very small note they say was meant to tell us there was no elevator. I understood it to mean wheelchairs wouldn’t fit in the elevator, since it’s 2026 and she never clearly said there was no elevator in the building. They shouldn’t falsely record a no-show without giving us the option, since we were already there and another adult could have used the apartment if we’d known we wouldn’t get a refund anyway.
