Glyfada Premium Residence

The location was good, and the staff did try to help, but our family was deeply disappointed by the apartment. It was in terrible shape and nowhere near the “premium” standard advertised. The building is old, the furniture is worn and deteriorating, and there was a constant, overpowering cigarette smell that made the place feel dirty and unhealthy. Housekeeping tried to freshen it up, but the smell never went away. Basic maintenance was neglected as well. The stove didn’t work, and the balcony door lock stayed broken throughout our stay. Those are serious problems for a property marketed at this level. The gap between what was promised and what we actually experienced was unbelievable. Despite the good location, the apartment is misrepresented, poorly maintained, and unsuitable for families seeking comfort. I can’t recommend it.
