The rest of the staff were helpful, friendly, and professional, which made RANIA's behavior at reception even more disappointing. The reception manager tried to add €800 to my bill, even though the restaurant staff had clearly told me the meal was covered by the staff menu. Once it was clear I was right, the matter still wasn't dealt with professionally. Later I was served cold food. Instead of apologizing, RANIA told me it was a shame to throw it away. Her dismissive manner continued during my stay, and in the days that followed she wouldn't even return my good morning. One person's conduct left a bad impression of an otherwise excellent hotel.

The kids club was a big hit with our daughter. She wanted to stay there as long as she could each day, which gave us some real downtime. It has a large playground and indoor and outdoor areas for crafts and play. We stayed in an Epos two bedroom suite with a heated saltwater pool and private beach. The suite and its outdoor lounge felt wonderfully secluded, and the beach was separated from the rest of the resort, so our young daughter could splash around without us worrying about disturbing anyone. The rooms had top-level finishes, and the design throughout made the place feel like a beautiful home. Butler service was easy to reach on WhatsApp and handled things quickly. The restaurants were a pleasant surprise: Sushisumo by the beach and Manko along the shore were both places I’d have visited even outside the hotel. The concierge also arranged boat day trips from the private pier. The whole property is among Europe’s most beautiful luxury hotels, with the service and amenities to match. We’ll be back.

The rooms were spotless, the views were lovely, and the staff were warm and attentive. A wonderful hotel, and one I’d recommend to anyone coming to Athens.

I paid €100 as a non-resident to use the spa and gym. My first visit was great, but when I returned two days later the service was completely different. I asked for hot tea and was told some was available, but it was cold. I politely asked for a fresh cup. It took ages to arrive, and it was still cold. When I asked again, the staff became dismissive and stopped responding properly. Nearby, two staff members were doing their nails, and I got the impression they had no interest in helping guests. I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. I’d used the gym on my first visit without a problem, but this time I was immediately told I couldn’t go in, with no clear explanation. I also felt as though I was being followed around instead of treated like a guest. The attitude felt disrespectful and well below what I’d expect at a luxury hotel. I didn’t request a refund, though one would have seemed appropriate. Instead, I was handed a small sample box, which felt like an attempt to quiet me down and only made things worse. This was a really disappointing experience and nothing like the service a deluxe hotel should offer. I hope management takes this seriously and improves staff training, consistency, and the way guests are treated.
