The buffet was very enjoyable. With my fine dining background and culinary experience, I have high standards, so I’d call the food very good, though many guests might rate it excellent. We also loved the tennis and padel facilities, where the motivated, friendly coaches and staff made players of every level feel welcome. A special mention goes to the Beach Bar team, especially Mr. Haris. He was consistently attentive, courteous, and warm, helping whenever we needed something without ever being intrusive. We watched him treat many other guests with that same professionalism and kindness, and feel he deserves recognition for it. The whole holiday was relaxing and enjoyable, and we’ll certainly return. We hope the same wonderful Beach Bar team will be there next time.

The bungalow gave me a great view, and the room was clean, well equipped, with a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful all through my stay. I also liked the beautiful architecture and the atmosphere it creates, and there was a good range of restaurants. Everything I tried tasted very good. The pool wasn’t heated, which made it difficult to use in cooler weather. The sauna and fitness room were also quite small and not what I’d expect from a five star hotel. Even with those drawbacks, I had a very good stay, would recommend the place, and would come back.

We had a wonderful week, and the staff made sure our room and meals worked for our special dietary restrictions and allergies. They were so accommodating and went above and beyond to keep us comfortable. We can’t wait to return, this time with friends and family. 10/10. No notes.

We’ve already come back once, even though I’ve never returned to a hotel before. That says plenty. It’s beautifully designed, everything flows well, and there’s a picture worthy view in every direction, but the service is what really sets it apart. Anna, the pool manager, looked after me like my mum, even though she’s younger than me. She did everything she could to make sure I was having the best time. That kind of care shows up all over the resort. The cleaners smile and say Kalimera/good morning, and it feels like they understand those little moments matter when you’re on holiday. A little extra seems to be the hotel’s motto. We’ll be back for more love.
