There are several of the island's best beaches near the hotel, so you can walk there, and restaurants nearby make it easy to eat or get a drink. There's also a vending machine with snacks and drinks, which I loved because I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night wanting a snack. I went with a friend and we had a great time. The hotel is beautiful and unusual, and seems right for families, friends, and couples. Our room was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. The staff were polite and helpful, and happily shared information about the island as well as taking good care of their guests and the hotel. I can't do the place justice in words. It deserves more than I can describe, and I'd recommend it to people of all ages, whether travelling as a family, with friends, or as a couple.

Georgina helped us with everything, from information to getting in touch with a scooter rental. After our first night, we were moved upstairs to a bright, spacious room with a terrace where we could have breakfast and a few dinners. It was very clean, with daily housekeeping. A simple, family-run hotel in a quiet spot, close to the beach and a few very good tavernas. Thanks again!

Room #14 has a big outdoor area with seating, an umbrella, and a drying rack. Inside, there's a large bed made from two singles pushed together and a wall mounted TV we didn't use. A few steps lead up to the kitchen, desk, and vanity area. The kitchen has a kettle, fridge, sink, small drainer, plates, and other basics. The little bathroom is usable, with a toilet, shower curtain, and handheld shower. The air con in the main room is great, and the Wi-Fi is good enough for Google and social media. This family-run apartment hotel is quiet, clean, friendly, convenient, and affordable. Its location is the best part for me: just above the beach with sea views. I like being a little away from the bustle, and it isn't busy here anyway. That's all I need.

We arrived late and didn't have local money, and there wasn't much time to see the historical and religious places we had in mind. As soon as I set my bags down at reception, I asked the manager if I could borrow some money. She smiled and kindly lent it to me without asking for anything in return. The room was clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed sitting on the spacious balcony just outside the door, feeling the sweet, fresh breeze. The beach and good restaurants are very close.
