Halki Sea House

The house itself is elegant and beautifully decorated, spread over two floors with spacious rooms and lovely furniture. The Aegean light, fresh air and pleasant atmosphere made it a wonderful place to stay. Breakfast came with cheeses, fresh fruit, juice, bread, beer and wine, plus coffee, tea and other soft drinks. We enjoyed it in the courtyard as the sun came up. The owners were like friends to us: polite, cheerful, helpful and attentive to everything we needed. The place, cleanliness, sleep, people, service, food, sea and weather were all just perfect. It felt like a holiday from a novel, full of warmth, sun, sea and lovely memories. Halki sea house is an incredible spot for a relaxing holiday. The white house sits on rocks just a meter from the clear emerald sea, and we felt drawn to jump in at any hour, day or night. The location and direct connection with the water made for the most relaxing holiday I’ve ever had. Just before sunset, a discreet lady brought lanterns with candles to the lower courtyard, right by the calm waterfront. It made the evening unforgettable, and I’ll remember those peaceful moments for the rest of my life.
