The staff were okay, WiFi worked really well even on the beach, and the beds were comfortable. Still, I’d only give this hotel a 4 out of 10. The food doesn’t meet what I’d expect from a four-star place, parking costs 15 euros a day, and the hotel’s beach sunbed is another 15 euros daily instead of being free. In the room there’s only one ceiling light, no bedside lamps, and no wardrobe shelves, so clothes end up on tables and other surfaces. The shower stall is just 80×80 cm, cramped enough that you can barely turn without knocking things over, and it only has a curtain instead of a proper door. They also ask for a 20-euro deposit for the TV and air-conditioning remotes. I don’t see how this can be rated four stars, even on paper.

We were there for three days. The staff were kind and helpful, especially one Albanian girl and another girl who I think was the manager. The location was okay, I’d give it 7/10. The food let us down, with few choices and a taste that wasn’t very good. Cleanliness could have been better too.

The rooms are cleaned every day, and the staff are friendly. We also liked the varied, tasty food, the excellent pool, and the very affordable prices at the pool bar. The hotel is in a great location, and the air conditioning works perfectly. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are both free. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, could use some renovation, but they’re not as bad as some reviews make them sound. See you next year!🫶

The dining hall feels like an 80s workers’ canteen. Rooms are very small and the furniture is old, with no coat hangers in the closet. Parking is limited to 10 spaces and costs extra, and they ask for a 20-euro deposit for the TV remote.
