The yard is spacious and there’s plenty of parking. The owner is friendly, and the rooms are okay but nothing special. The pool looks bigger in the photos than it is. The place has potential, but it needs some investment, especially in the bathroom, which is in poor condition.

The reason I’m giving only one star is hygiene. When we entered the apartment, we found yellowish stains on the bedsheets. We reported it and got a clean replacement, but they didn’t change the sheets or pillows at all during our 10-day holiday. What a shame. The fridge also didn’t cool properly, so our food went bad. Otherwise, the hotel was decent and good-looking, with a good location in a quieter part of Hanioti, very close to the beach and supermarket.

The hosts were very pleasant, and the rooms and pool were clean. The beach is nearby, with lots of markets and restaurants around. It seems perfect for parents with children, young people who like quiet places, and older people too. I’ll definitely visit again 🥰👍🏼

The toilet was filthy and stank, there was barely room to step out of the shower, and the furnishings were filthy too. The walls were moldy, and everything I touched felt grimy. This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed, not worth a dime. You’d be better off in or near a dumpster.

The room was very dirty, and we had to buy everything ourselves, from detergent and sponges to soap. Sand was under our feet as soon as we walked in. The shower was dirty and had no doors, so water ended up all over the bathroom.
