Centro Apartments

Emmanouil made the stay unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, shared local insights, and was always ready to help. His hospitality made all the difference. The apartment was in the heart of Heraklion, so cafés, authentic restaurants, shops, and cultural spots were all close by. Inside, it was spotless, tastefully decorated, and equipped with the little details that made it feel like home. It was a warm, welcoming oasis in the lively city center. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Heraklion. The comfort, convenience, and genuine care made this more than just a place to stay. I'm looking forward to returning and reliving the memories.

The entrance is on a very narrow back street, which makes getting there by car difficult. But the location is fabulous, within walking distance of cafés, the marina, and museums, and only 15 minutes by car from the airport. The place was spotless, with great facilities, and the owner was very helpful and readily available for questions.

The host was extremely responsive and helpful. There was no reception, but he went out of his way to arrange luggage storage before and after our stay, so we didn't have to carry our bags around before leaving Crete. Small touches made the hospitality feel top-notch, from scented diffusers on the stairs up to the apartment to welcome Raki drinks from the host. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well stocked for a comfortable stay. We were there for just one night, and my only regret is that it wasn't available for the other nights. It would be six stars if I could give it that. I'd definitely stay here again if I return to Crete!

The rooms at Centro Apartments were clean and quiet. Communication with the owner was excellent. It's a great choice if you want to spend some time in Heraklion or Crete.
