The apartments are spacious and well equipped, with nice coffee, cream and sugar, plus extra water. The location is nice, though dropping off luggage is difficult. I'd have given five stars if the WiFi hadn't kept dropping or disconnecting.

The staff made things easy for us, arranging dinner reservations, explaining where to go, and helping us turn off the heating. Greeks apparently prefer it warmer than Wisconsinites in March! We stayed three lovely nights at City Lion Apartments in Heraklion, in a spacious loft with a kitchen that had everything we needed for a quick meal. I also spent several lovely hours with a glass of wine on the small balcony. The location is hard to beat for shopping and dining. We had a great visit!

Lovely service, a great spot in the city, and we really appreciated the extended checkout after last night's 6 hour delay. Enjoy!

The rooms are modern and cosy, and check-in and checkout are easy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's centrally located but on a quiet street. We always recommend it to visitors, and nobody has been disappointed.

Our apartment at City Lion was cosy after what looked like a recent refurbishment, and it had all the modern facilities. From the small balcony, the view lived up to its reputation. Staff at the front desk gave us a warm welcome, explained what we needed to know, and were always around with helpful advice. The location made everything easy: the town and restaurants are just seconds away, and we found what we needed within a short stroll. Lovely boutique apartments, with five-star facilities in a delightful setting.
