We booked a room for August 8th but never got the entrance access code. We ended up spending the night outside on the street with a teenager. We tried to contact you, but your phone wasn’t working. Please refund our stay. Thank you.

Dorado is a lovely, well-organized apartment in central Heraklion, with a clean, modern, comfortable space. Shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars are right nearby. I found parking without trouble, and the Wi-Fi is strong. Recommended.

A handy place close to the city centre, with everything needed for a short or medium-length stay. I’d recommend it. Parking can be an issue unless you’re willing to pay.

The place is modern and really nice, and contactless check-in and checkout worked great. The centre of Heraklion is only a few minutes away on foot, so it made a good base. The windows don’t block sound, though, and we could hear every movement and noise outside. There also weren’t any wall hooks for hand and body towels.

We only spent one night here, and it was excellent. The suite was spotless and freshly tidied, modern, cozy, and well updated, just right for a short city stay. Everything in central Heraklion is walkable, with buses and taxis only a minute away. We’d definitely book again when visiting. Efcharisto poli!!
