Rea is fantastic, and I'll be back regularly. For the price, the quality was a real surprise, with amazing value for money. It's clean and decent, with spacious rooms that aren't oversized, working Wi-Fi, and hot water at any hour. The place also looked and smelled fine. If you're after an affordable hotel in a central location with very polite, helpful staff, this is a good fit. If you want something fancy, you'll need to look elsewhere.

The owner was friendly, and the mattresses were very good. We were there for just one night, but felt comfortable. It was quiet, and the windows could be fully darkened. I'd suggest Municipal parking Depanal, it's covered parking and you keep your car key.

We spent three nights here and found it great value for money. It's a cute little hotel right in the heart of Heraklion, with lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby that don't feel too touristy. Even with all that close by, it was completely quiet. The owner was very sweet, polite, and helpful.

For an inexpensive stay in the city, the room was fine and had what we needed. The person at reception made things better by being very informative and accommodating, from explaining breakfast to bringing us extra pillows.

Even on the ground floor, the room was very quiet, and the location is excellent. The bathroom was clean, though it had a slight smell. The receptionists were friendly and professional, and gave us exceptional hospitality.
