The host was super helpful and sent me his list of island recommendations on the first day. The apartment was fresh, tidy, good-looking, very clean, and well equipped. A perfect base for two people taking trips around Crete.

Clean and pleasant apartment, just right for a couple of nights in Heraklion. It’s close to the bus and grocery stores, and even has an induction cooktop.

A straightforward, clean place with convenient access and parking. My only complaint is that the windows don’t have screens.

This was the worst stay I’ve ever had, in every way. We had no hot water for bathing, and there was constant noise from the second floor. A family lives there permanently with a dog that barks constantly, and they show no respect for people renting the apartments. We couldn’t get any rest at all: the noise started at 7 in the morning and continued until late at night. In response to your answer, the hot water problem lasted throughout our entire stay. Nothing was repaired; you only adjusted the hot water. We couldn’t check in at 6 because the boat hadn’t arrived in Heraklion yet. If wanting hot water and peace after paying for a stay makes me difficult, then I guess I’m one of the difficult people. Anyone who stays in your apartments can judge for themselves whether what I’ve said is true. Have a nice summer!
