I wouldn't recommend this place. My room was dirty and smelled bad, and the air conditioning had a bad odor too. I told reception twice, but nothing was done. The all-inclusive food wasn't varied: only two meat dishes to choose from, with rice and some pasta, two kinds of salad, and watermelon for dessert. This isn't a 3-star hotel, maybe 2.

The pool and hotel were very clean, and the pool was cleaned daily. Staff were fantastic and did everything they could for me and Chris. The food was good, and our rooms were cleaned every day too. I had a great time, made some lovely friends among the staff and the hotel owner, and I'm going again next year.

I spent 10 days there. The hotel is lovely and clean, and serves proper traditional Cretan food.

The food was just average, though the place itself is beautiful and has lovely amenities.
