The description was misleading, the photos didn’t reflect reality, and the advertising was false. Worse, the customer service was appalling and only reachable by text. I strongly advise against using this agency. It’s just an intermediary for the actual host, making money from exceptional hosts. Don’t use them, and don’t trust the glowing reviews that show up after ones like this…!!!
