We enjoyed our stay, and the staff were a big help. They let us leave our suitcases for a while and worked around our uncertain check-in timing. The hotel sits at the edge of the old town with a sea view. Rooms were spacious and clean, though our air conditioning wasn't very strong and the room got quite warm. There's no hotel parking, but a car park is very close and offers valet-style parking. Breakfast is a buffet with a good selection, although the hot food didn't look very appealing. It runs until 10:30am, which was handy.

The balcony had amazing sea views, and the hotel was surprisingly quiet even though it's near a busy coastal road. The location worked well for us, with the center, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. Getting food delivered was quick and easy too. We loved the boutique feel, the large rooms and modern bathrooms, and the comfortable bed. The staff were helpful and accommodating. We'll stay here again when we're back in Heraklion.

We loved our stay and will definitely come back. We're a family of three with a 6yo and a dog, and the kind, helpful staff made everything easy. The hotel is new, with stunning rooms and all the amenities we needed. The sea view and colors were breathtaking, and the city center is within walking distance. There's also very good 24h parking just a few steps away. Breakfast was made fresh to order, so you could enjoy an omelette as soon as it was ready, which isn't that common.

The sea view and sunsets were magnificent, and we slept like babies even with heavy traffic on the main road outside. The room was soundproof, the mattress super comfortable, and everything felt brand new. It was a huge room with a cozy atmosphere and lots of charming detail. The location was convenient, with everything in walking distance. The owner was friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions. Breakfast could be better, but we'd rebook without hesitation.
