Youktas Villas

After 24 hours of travel, I arrived exhausted and just wanted a shower and a bed. I couldn’t do either properly: none of the beds had sheets, blankets, or pillows, and there were no towels or washcloths. The bathroom was dirty, with black mold above the shampoo (see photo), and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. When I raised these problems, he never replied, and still hasn’t. Travelocity says it needs to speak with him before it can issue a refund, but he isn’t responding. It feels clear that money is all that matters to him. The day before check-in, he messaged to say the room shown on Travelocity wasn’t the one I’d booked, because that listing was for a larger room. He offered me a good deal to book it and asked for £850. I politely declined. My husband and I had picked the place from its photos, thinking it would be wonderful for our 15-year anniversary. I was badly mistaken. Please save yourself the time, energy, and money and book somewhere clean and suitable for a holiday, or you could end up like me, looking for somewhere to stay at 4 in the morning.

Such an amazing villa 😍 We had a great holiday and would definitely recommend it.

We were five people and spent a week in this lovely villa. Outside, there’s a nice covered pool, comfy chairs for relaxing, a barbecue, a pizza oven, and a big garden with various fruit trees. Inside, it has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an extra shower in one bedroom. The kitchen is spacious and has a dishwasher.
