We came as a family with a young child, and the service was on a different level. No request was dismissed, and everyone went out of their way to help us. We'd stayed at better-known chains such as the Domes too, and Nana Princess was far better for the same price. Sophia in guest relations was especially kind and attentive. She remembered our names and checked how the stay was going. The breakfast team were wonderful too, including a server named Lovely, who checked on us and helped clean up when our son kept knocking cups of milk off the table. The buggy drivers were also lovely and extremely quick. My one suggestion is to heat the pools as standard in October. The two other hotels we stayed at did, so we were surprised to arrive and find the pools at 22 degrees.

The staff are amazing and made us feel looked after, with no request too much trouble. We got champagne on arrival and a ride to our suite, and the whole resort feels chic and very upscale. If feeling like royalty appeals, stay here. We initially thought Hersonnisos was the nearest town, and honestly found it awful. Then we discovered Stalis, just a five-minute walk from the hotel, which is a lovely little place and far nicer. I do recommend old town Hersonissos too, it's lovely for a meal.

We found it peaceful and quiet, yet local amenities and restaurants were easy to reach. The rooms were lovely and well equipped, with comfortable beds, a private terrace and our own pool. Staff were friendly and attentive, taking care of everything we needed. The spa was beautiful and the restaurants excellent. A wonderful place to unwind.

The service here is hard to beat. The kind, responsive staff treated us like royalty, and the rooms were cleaned perfectly twice each day. Breakfast was amazing and the beach was lovely too. For us, this is the best place in Crete to relax. We highly recommend the hotel and are so grateful for a wonderful stay. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

We had a suite with a private pool, a beautifully kept, quiet spot where we could properly unwind in privacy. The private beach was another highlight. Cabanas were included, and staff were always nearby if we needed anything. From arrival on, the team made us feel welcome and looked after us with warm, attentive professionalism. The hotel feels carefully thought through, and dining was a pleasure each day. Meals were well prepared and full of flavor, served in elegant surroundings, and felt thoughtfully put together. Nana Princess offers a level of comfort, luxury and hospitality that's hard to match. It's one of the best hotels we've stayed in, and we left feeling refreshed and already planning to return.
