Maria was an extremely welcoming host, and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's quite close to the beach, too. This was our first visit, but if we return to Ierissos next year, we'll definitely stay at Patriko house. I strongly recommend it for a holiday!

The apartment made for an amazing summer break. It was clean, well equipped, and easy to get to the beach from there. The owner gave the place a warm, cozy feel. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to relax, and highly recommend it.

The terrace is lovely and safe for children, and the owner is kind and helpful. Patriko house is on a quiet street, not far from the beach, so it's easy to rest and enjoy a holiday. The apartments are comfortable, clean, and have everything you need. We gladly recommend it for a family trip.

This was the best apartment I've stayed in for a summer holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped with the important appliances, including a kettle, kitchen hen grill, coffee maker, large new refrigerator, cooker with oven, and more. The plates are all matching and new. The apartment was clean and fresh, and smelled like home. Maria, the rentier, is such a kind person and always ready to help. I only have good things to say about Patriko House. It feels like a second home, and Maria like a member of the family!

We really felt at home here. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, explaining things to do and see nearby. The apartments are freshly renovated, clean, and have AC and fast Wi-Fi. They're in a great spot, just a couple of minutes on foot from both the beach and town center, so we could head to the beach during the day and go to restaurants in the evening without using the car. 😘
