There’s no sound insulation around the doors, so you hear everyone on the floor opening and shutting theirs. They only give you one keycard, which means other guests keep knocking loudly when they come back to their rooms.

I broke my leg a month before arrival, so I had to cancel the booking and postpone my whole trip to Greece. I’d booked directly by email and paid in advance as requested. The confirmation said nothing about cancellation terms or fees. I explained what had happened and asked for a refund on the same terms as a booking through booking.com. After several follow-ups, they said they wouldn’t refund me, but would leave the reservation open until the end of 2025. They referred to policies I’d never seen. That didn’t work for me because I didn’t know whether I could travel by then, and several later emails went unanswered. I feel I was treated very badly and taken advantage of. Stay away, or, if you have no alternative, book through an online platform so the terms are fair and clear.

We only needed a place to wait for the 1:00 am ferry, but it was such a pleasure staying here. The young lady, Nicoletta?, showed us where to park and took us to our room. The pool was nice, though we unfortunately missed breakfast. It would be great to stay a second time. Thanks so much for a special visit! Guido & Andrea

The hotel is good, but what you get doesn’t match what you pay. I booked a double room and found two single beds pushed together. During the night they came apart and I fell out of bed. When I mentioned it to reception the next day, they said all their rooms have single beds and they join them together. That’s useless.
