Dovitel Boutique Hotel

I booked this place because the listing made it seem like it was in Ioannina, but it's actually in a nearby village, outside the city proper. It's a lovely little hotel, though. I asked for a double bed and got two singles instead. Oh well.

The petrol smell in the room and corridors, along with mold in the rooms, felt extremely dangerous. Parking was listed, but there wasn't enough for even half the rooms. Staff warned us we could get fined if we parked outside and suggested a private lot 300m away. The carpet was dirty, the toilet seat was broken, and neither the internet nor 5G signal worked. You also had to ask reception to get into the lobby because its lights were constantly off. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Avoid it.

The reception staff were rude and unhelpful, and shouldn't be working with people. The parking space was very narrow, and the room facilities were poor quality. The bed was narrow and uncomfortable, the Wi-Fi was weak, and breakfast was basic. The building itself looked in very bad condition, not even worthy of being a budget motel, let alone a boutique hotel. Avoid it at any cost.

The food was magnificent, and there's a great spa. It's quiet and really fun, with a great view from this fancy place. It's just a little outside the city.
