Georgia, the chef who looks after the buffet at Epirus Palace, deserves a special mention. Everything she made was fresh, delicious, and cooked just right, and she was always smiling, kind, and ready to help. We were absolutely delighted with our stay. Congratulations to Georgia and the whole team for such wonderful hospitality! 🌸

Christina, Katerina, Pelopidas, and Christos made such a difference with their excellent service. We enjoyed the delicious cocktails at the bar and the à la carte restaurant. The hotel had a warm, welcoming feel, and I was more than pleased with my recent visit. Highly recommend it!

We booked a room for three days, and the experience was amazing. The room was perfectly clean, the breakfast was great, and the reception staff were kind and helpful. One receptionist, Ilvi, was especially helpful and kind. I'm sure I'll come back to Ioannina and stay at this hotel. I'd recommend it to everyone 🙏🏻

The room was poorly kept, with dirty walls, ants on the desk, an out-of-order phone, and old heating. The layout also felt unsafe: from one side of the bed, you couldn't reach the light to switch it off, and on the other side, you could easily hit the bedside table. The lighting was harsh and uncomfortable, and even a basic dental kit was missing. For a 5-star hotel, this wasn't what I expected. The price felt far too high for what we got, and the stay was very disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it at this price.

The staff were helpful and friendly, from reception to the dinner and breakfast restaurants. We couldn't eat in the main restaurant with our puppy, but they quickly arranged a table nearby and served us a delicious dinner. Breakfast had a great variety for low season, and the Spa was fantastic. Everything was clean inside and out, and the setting was amazing for the price. We loved the atmosphere and our stay, and the puppy park was a bonus. It was a shame we couldn't book another night on our way back to Croatia. We'd love to return someday!
