Being close to Ioannina and having working heating were the only good parts for me. The room was dirty throughout: the bed, sofa, floor, and sheets all needed cleaning. Breakfast was barely the basics, with supermarket pies, old cheese and turkey, and stale bread every day. The breakfast space wasn't cleaned either. Crumbs we left one morning were still there the next day. The carpeted stairs were stained and smelled bad. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it. Frankly, the hotel was awful.
