It's in a handy spot for exploring Ioannina and the surrounding areas. Nearby, there are coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants just a short walk away. Greg was available whenever we had a question or wanted advice. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we could need. After traveling, we especially appreciated the slippers, fresh fruit, wine, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, water, and fruit juice. Greg gave us a lovely warm welcome. This place is a real gem, and I'd recommend it 100 percent. I couldn't find any drawbacks.

The neighborhood was very quiet, though the house is close to everything. It was spotless and had lots of amenities, and we felt at home. Mr. Grygmaris was incredibly willing to help us with anything we needed. A wonderful stay in a beautiful, warm house. Thank you so much, I highly recommend it!
