We were four people and had booked two rooms through booking.com, but one of them was a double room with two double beds and a sofa. Five people could easily have stayed in it. I asked reception to cancel the extra room, but was told they couldn't, because the larger rooms were priced per person, with one person assigned to each double bed. Somehow, we ended up with two rooms meant for six people despite being a group of four. The logic had left the building.

The hostess's bright smile was the nicest part of our stay. We spent three days here and found the rooms very comfortable and spotless, and breakfast was enormous. The hotel is right in the middle of the city and has its own parking, which was a real bonus and very affordable. We'll be back in Ioaninnia and plan to stay here again.

We paid a great price for a spacious, modern and clean room, with balconies at both the front and back. The hotel felt welcoming, and its private, secure parking in the middle of the old town was really handy. We had trouble finding it at first, but the staff on duty talked us in when we called. We'd definitely stay here again. 🏨😊👍

We visited at the end of September, off season, which may explain the low price. The room was spacious, very clean and had all the comforts, and the price was even better. The location is perfect, right in the town center, with free private parking. Call when you arrive and the staff will help you find it.

The breakfast wasn't anything special, but the rest was fine. The rooms are decent, with air conditioning and a nice bathroom, and the hotel is close to the center of Ioannina.
