We stayed for a long week as a family of five, and the house was spotless, fully equipped, new and nicely decorated. The hostess was polite and discreet. There were enough pillows and blankets for all five of us, plus tables and Netflix for the children. The apartment is on the ground floor, just 3 meters from the car, which made unloading easy. There’s no guarded parking, but you can park right outside on a very quiet street, and the car is safe there. It can get cold in Ioannina, but the apartment has independent radiator heating and air conditioning, and warmed up quickly when we turned it on. The apartment isn’t in the center, but Ioannina is a big city and you’ll need a car to see all the sights anyway. It made an excellent base for visiting the attractions. Thanks so much for having us. We’ll definitely visit again.

For a trip, I want easy parking and a quiet, spotless, beautiful place, and we found all of that here. Words don’t really cover the service. Whatever we needed, they responded right away, always with a smile and real warmth. It’s our place to stay in Ioannina now, and beyond.

A very clean apartment in a peaceful neighborhood, with parking right outside the house and just a 10-minute walk from the city center. It has all the basics you might need, including a first aid kit, cleaning supplies, shampoo, an iron and a hairdryer.

The house is spacious, large and very clean, with all the electrical appliances you need at home. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two semi-double beds, plus a living room sofa that opens into a double bed. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with free parking.

A comfortable, spacious apartment in a good location, with all the amenities and household equipment. Parking is especially convenient, with space available 24 hours a day. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ioannina!
