The View

The view was the highlight, and we really enjoyed our few days here. The staff were good, the room was clean with daily housekeeping, and even though the bed looked a little dated, it was very comfortable. The pool was chilly but great in the warm weather. I wasn't keen on children being allowed to jump in, though. It was really disruptive on our first day. I also wish the pool loungers were assigned by room, since people sometimes left one chair between them and others ended up having to lie apart. By the end, we didn't want to leave. Just be aware that the road up to the hotel is unusual and takes some driving experience.

The building is brand new and very clean, and the staff are really polite. It's in the best spot, with the best view.

The location is amazing, the prices are great, and the interaction was lovely. I'd highly recommend it if you want an out of body experience with a VIEW! We did get charged for washing clothes, though, come on bro lol

The room was spotless and comfortable, with simple, quality furniture and a relaxed, uncluttered feel. We had a balcony looking toward the island, and after a long day of travel it was a real breath of fresh air. The shower water did run out onto the bathroom floor, so a curtain or divider would help, but that was a small issue. The service was just as good. When an emergency meant I needed to move my booking, Agoda couldn't help, but Mr. Chris kindly let me shift it to the next day. The receptionist greeted us warmly and quickly helped when I asked about upgrading the room. I don't mind paying a little extra for service like that and a clean place. And between us, the view might even beat the overrated Lake Como in Italy 😅 😜oops! I'd gladly recommend The View Hotel in Ioannina.
